We ship using DPD next day service across the island of Ireland.
Shipping takes place every Monday, or the next working day in the event of a public holiday, for all orders placed before 4pm on the Sunday prior. Tracking numbers will be contained within “Order Processed” email and can be entered on DPD Irelands website here.
We offer a flat rate of €5.50 up to a weight of 10kg, for orders over 10kg please contact us on info@properordercoffeeco.com.
All of our e-commerce packaging is bought from Irish companies and is fully recyclable so please recycle where possible.
Our coffee is roasted each Thursday by Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark. It arrives with us on Friday afternoon, from there we grind (if needed), pack, label and make sure it’s ready for our DPD driver Keith every Monday. All things working as they should your order will arrive with you before close of business on Tuesday.
Wholebean coffee never really goes off although you will see a decline in flavour as it gets further and further from the roast date. We always recommend enjoying your coffee within 4 weeks and keeping it in a cool dry place in the bag it comes in but if you come across a bag that’s older please do not throw it out, it will still be fine and a lot of hard work has gone into growing, sourcing, roasting and getting that coffee to you.
